Innovation in information and library centres is present in almost all areas of its activities, including mass work, which involves a set of methods and forms of service organisation of a large number of readers or a certain group of users at the same time. Signs of any innovation are novelty, changes, result. Information and library centres are currently expanding their boundaries of impact on the reader, turning into cultural, educational and intellectual and leisure centres, within the walls of which various events are organised for different categories of readers
