Abstract
The same business process can be performed based on personal priorities or priorities of the organization, and each time it will yield the different results. The results corresponding to the purposes of the organization may only be received, if the value orientations of employees correspond to the values declared by the corporate culture of the organization. If the corporate culture has developed spontaneously, under the influence of random events and personal characteristics of employees, it will be difficult for the head to affect the priorities of employees when executing business processes. It may be possible to solve to problem by introducing the value-based management of the team of the pharmacy organization.
