Abstract

In this study, an analysis was conducted through a questionnaire to evaluate the effect of job attributes engaged in brokerage business on job satisfaction and job continuity. The structural problem of the questionnaire was solved by conducting reliability and validity analysis to build a model of the structural equation through the analysis process. As a result of the structural equation analysis, an impact analysis was conducted on job satisfaction and job continuation. Attribute factors affecting job satisfaction appeared in the order of trust and professionalism, real estate policy, social awareness and responsibility, and attribute factors affecting job continuity appeared in the order of trust and professionalism, social awareness and responsibility, and real estate policy. Therefore, it was found that all attribute factors affect job satisfaction and job continuity. It was also found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction and job continuation. Therefore, all hypotheses hold true for all business attributes. Through this study, in order to revitalize the brokerage business, each licensed real estate agent must give trust to customers through professional knowledge, and a united real estate agent business that can be reflected in government policies, social welfare through real estate, and vitalization.
