Abstract

This study is to empirically determine whether there is a difference accordingly by verifying the effect on satisfaction of national correctional oraganization and private correctional organization. To this end, organizational factors such as sense of mission are used as independent variables in this study and I tested the influencing factors of organizational factors on organizational satisfaction through multiple regression analysis throughout a research model with demographic and sociological characteristics of two oraganization staffs as control variables and organizational satisfaction as dependent variables study result have shown that role conflict had a negative effect on organizational satisfaction in two oraganization that national correctional oraganization value a sense of mission compared to other factors and communication is more important than a sense of mission in private correctional organization. Therefore, considering that this study has limitations in that there are differences in bureaucratic sociological perspectives and representation of samples, I suggested the need for an organizational plan of motivational strategy mission-building and communication activation and production-oriented organizational management plan strategies to minimize role conflict conforming to the characteristics of both organizations, etc as an implication
