Abstract

Taking the financial management course as an example, this paper reforms the teaching model and talent training mechanism of the financial management course from the perspective of new business disciplines, focusing on the integration of specialized creation and industry-education. In terms of specialized creation integration, the paper explores integration methods in four aspects: teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods, and teaching faculty; in terms of industry-education integration, it constructs a path for industry-education integration in new business financial management through faculty, curriculum teaching and resource construction, as well as research projects and community service; finally, the paper builds a dual integration model of “Specialized Creation + Industry-Education” for the course, reshaping the financial management teaching system in terms of teaching objectives, teaching models, and assessment mechanisms.
