Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of LMX in the relationship between emotional intelligence and organized citizenship behavior of sports for all leaders. The data of 193 people were used using the sampling method. For data processing, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The conclusions are as follows based on the derived results. First, it was found that the sub-factors related to emotional intelligence of life sports for all leaders, such as self-emotional understanding, understanding of others, emotional control, and emotional utilization, have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. It was confirmed that they contributed to the development of the organization to which they belong by using their emotions so that they can do their best and do their best. Second, looking at the moderating effect of LMX in the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior of life sports for all leaders, it was found that LMX had a moderating effect in the relationship between self-emotional understanding, emotional regulation, emotional utilization and organizational citizenship behavior. It was found that there was no moderating effect in emotional analysis. However, overall, it was confirmed that LMX showed a moderating effect between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior.
