Abstract
Досліджено соціально-економічний вплив пандемії COVID-19 у контекстідержавної політики щодо досягнення реалізації Глобальної цілі сталого розвитку № 5 “Забезпечення гендерної рівності, розширення прав і можливостей усіх жінок та дівчат” в Україні. Проведено опитування у Дніпропетровській області України, на яке виносились три блоки запитань: про потреби жінок; про вплив пандемії на їх економічний та соціальний добробут; про їх здатність впоратись із ситуацією та стати “агентами змін”. Узагальнено п’ять основних cоціально-економічних факторів впливу пандемії COVID-19 на громади й на громадян. Доведено, що під час пандемії COVID-19 жінки більше піддаються випадкам фізичного та економічного насильства. Виявлено, що для виходу з кризової ситуації респондентки готові знаходити рішення, базуючись на власних можливостях, вдаючись до самонавчання, оволодіння новими навиками, долучення до громадянської і політичної діяльності тощо.

The paper initially assesses a socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on women in Ukraine in the context of public policy modernisation to achieve the Global Sustainable Development Goal No 5 “Ensuring gender equality, empowerment of women and girls” which is currently lacking in Ukrainian public administration science. It has been proven that 2020 has already tested us for strength, for how we can work together and solve critical problems, how equal we are, and how valuable our skills and experience are At this moment, equal cooperation and gender-responsive public administration allows reaching the balance and kick-start the process of economic and social restoration after COVID19, adjusting policy to the peaceful resolution of conflicts and consolidation of the global movement towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
