Abstract
The research is going to highlight the minimum salaries and wages via identifying the economic theories and standards which determine them. Controlling salaries and wages is a vital topic since it is touches people life (officer and laborer) and their families. Controlling salaries protect the poor from low wages and meet their needs and then, get them rid of poverty which violates decent life. Iraq is still late at the level of the legislation of the minimum salary laws in comparison to international treaties of human rights.
