Abstract

Modern labour market makes serious demands of the workforce quality, its professional and qualification composition and level of training. Development of the regional commercial and industrial complex leads to unemployment rate decrease, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, it intensifies competition between highly qualified workers. Under conditions of institutional environment transformation, the tasks of clarifying the influence of the factors that shape the processes in the regional labour market and assessment of patterns, trends and prospects for its development are actualized.
