Abstract

The article discusses one of the dynamically developing areas of tourism -the hospitality industry. Over the past decades, the hotel industry in the Commonwealth of Independent States has shown annual growth. Competition provides an incentive to constantly improve the quality of services and create unique offers for their guests. The process of modernizing hotel services has captured every new hotel or hostel today. The main indicator of the choice of this hotel by a tourist and the annual increase in profits is the high quality of customer service. Information technology has made a real breakthrough in the hospitality industry. The rapid development of the hotel business in Kyrgyzstan came at a time when the influx of tourists to the country began to grow every year. Today, Kyrgyzstan in international tourism is taken seriously as a tourist country.
