Abstract

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of parametric spectral-wave analysis of profilograms of machined surfaces in technological diagnostics and technological design on the example of centerless cylindrical grinding, turning and ultrasonic nishing. As a research method, parametric spectral-wave analysis is used, based on the use of the discrete-analytical Prony-Fourier transform. The main result of the study is a model of the frequency transfer function of the shaping system in centerless cylindrical grinding. As a result of the study, it was shown that the parametric spectral-wave analysis of the profilograms of machined surfaces is an effective tool for diagnosing the technological process, and can also be used in technological design.
