Abstract

On July 21, 2023, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as CC RF) issued Ruling No. 44-П on Verification of the Constitutional Nature of Clause 1 of Article 152 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in View of a Complaint Filed by E.A. Popkova that mentions the standard of good faith conduct of an employer in relation to bringing employees to the disciplinary liability. This circumstance has encouraged the author of this article to start a more in-depth review of conduct problems , justify the relevance and the need for the development of theoretical and conceptual fundamentals of good faith conduct in the labor sphere.
