Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among university education service quality, educational satisfaction, and self-efficacy in career decision making. Using the convenience sampling method, 264 students were enrolled in the study of students majoring in physical education at universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. data was used. For data processing, SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program were used. Frequency analysis was performed to identify individual characteristics, and confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to secure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. In order to derive the research results, correlation analysis and structural equation model verification were performed. Based on the results derived from the above research method, the following conclusions were obtained. First, it was confirmed that the educational service and educational environment, which are sub-factors of the educational service quality provided to students in the physical education department at the university, had a positive effect on educational satisfaction. Second, it was confirmed that the educational service and educational environment, which are sub-factors of the educational service quality provided to students of the physical education department at the university, had a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy. Third, educational satisfaction had a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy.
