Abstract
The article defines the relevance, purpose and objectives of the study of the theoretical aspects of digitalization and digital transformation of society. The analysis of international indices of digital transformation digital approaches in assessing the level of development of the digital economy of countries in a typical rating was carried out. The importance of using a platform approach at the regional level of the agro-industrial complex to create a digital entrepreneurial rural ecosystem is determined.
