Abstract

The level of staff involvement is a very important tool for personnel management and business in general. Modern organizations often face the problem of insufficient efficiency of employees, lack of motivation to work. In most cases, the root of the difficulties lies in the lack of involvement of staff. Employers expect high results from their employees, but, unfortunately, pay little attention to the development of their interest in the work itself. In this regard, in their article, the authors emphasize the importance and significance of periodic monitoring of involvement and identification of the level of involvement and loyalty of staff. The authors of the article consider the indicators by which employers and HR specialists conduct such an assessment and offer ideas to strengthen employee engagement.
