Abstract

The article discusses the tools of personnel loyalty management, as in the modern world, managers are increasingly aware that the level of staff loyalty affects different aspects of the company’s life, and mainly it affects productivity and the psychological climate within the team. Thus, employees with a high degree of loyalty are more focused on the development and formation of the organization, so they make more efforts for highquality and accurate work, as well as strive to find creative and extraordinary solutions to their tasks. That is why it becomes obvious that the success of the enterprise as a whole depends on the level of staff loyalty. And one of the best ways to enhance and strengthen this phenomenon is to study employee motivation. However, the use of exclusively material methods of stimulation ceases to give the expected result. At a certain stage of life or work, wages cease to play a decisive role for workers, and the efforts of such individuals would be minimal if they tried only for material gain. In this regard, there is a need for the introduction of intangible motivation, designed for a long period of time.There is no conflict of interests.
