Abstract
This article examines the transformation of the directions of development of society in connection with the influence of digital technologies. At the present stage of development of the Russian economy, there is a stage of transformation and global changes in economic, technological and social processes. In connection with the modern requirements of the resource markets, including the labor market and educational services, it is necessary to monitor the ongoing changes in order to develop competent management decisions. The emerging sector of digital transformation is characterized by the fact that it affects all aspects of society at the micro-, meso- and macroeconomic levels. The human factor has become one of the main resources for modernization. Society must take into account the ongoing changes and be able to rebuild with the help of information and digital technologies. Based on this, the main task of today is to be ready to exist in these conditions, to create new communications, new relations between people, to restructure the entire economy and society.
