Abstract

The author differentiates between the idea of belonging natural rights to people and the concept of natural rights that claims scientific approach. Intuitively feeling as creators of their rights, people periodically shook the thrones. Not knowing the actual sources of people's rights, thinkers of the previous epochs called them natural. It is alleged that the source of people's rights and obligations is their working activity.
