Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to take shape the problem about sp orts for all of the Lee Myung-bak administration and give specific plans for development of sports for all policies in the Park Geun-hye administration. 9 participants were selected and semistandardized interviews were carried out. As a result, the problems of sports for all policies in the Lee Myung-bak administration turned out to be the want of facility availability and accessibility, the lack of program development and a weighted age, and the discharge of standardized leaders. In order to solve these problems, specific solutions were suggested such as installation of consumer centered sport facilities, development and dissemination of program by life-cycle, and personalized leader qualification system. The proposals for sports for all policies in the Park Geun-hye administration were changing of system into voluntary participation environment, expending and obligating by age, and providing legal and institutional strategies. Concrete solutions were proposed such as self-paying for sport activities and the slightest support, contracting with interests among the branches of the government, obligating national physical fitness certification, finding and arranging diversified leaders, developing and supplying programs, and establishing practical legal and institutional base.
