Abstract
Monitoring of the chewing marmalade market in Russia showed that in the period from 2018 to 2022 production of chewing marmalade increased by 15.4%. Our country ex-ports chewing marmalade to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. Thus, in 2022, the export volume amounted to 1.9 thousand tons. Chewing marmalade is especially popular among teenagers and children, which makes the research relevant. The purpose of the study was to analyze the range and quality of marmalade on the consumer market. The work examines the range of marmalade sold by the retail chain and presents quality assessment of 6 product samples.
