Abstract
The aim of the article is to systematize the classical methods of formation of human resources potential of enterprises and development of a set of innovative methods. Analyzing, systematizing and summarizing the scientific works of modern scholars, the concept of «human resources potential» has been expanded and the formation of human resources potential under the influence of various factors (external and internal) has been analyzed in detail, as well as the fact that human resources potential can be formed both outside the enterprise, in its external environment (external human resources potential) and within the enterprise (internal human resources potential) has been substantiated. As a result of the study, the principles of formation of human resources potential of enterprise have been allocated, which represent the main provisions and norms that should guide the heads of enterprises in the formation of human resources potential. The authors emphasize that the formation of human resources potential of enterprises is a process which combines a variety of methods and strategies to attract, develop and manage staff in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. In their work, the authors group the classical methods of formation of the human resources potential of enterprise, allocate their features of application, advantages and disadvantages. As a result of the study, innovative methods of formation of human resources potential of enterprise, which are based on the use of modern knowledge and technologies, have been denfined. It is substantiated that the introduction of the proposed innovative methods contributes to the creation of effective and dynamic human resources potential, which is a key factor in the success of modern enterprises. Prospects for further research in this direction are further study and application of new methods of formation of human resources potential of enterprise through the introduction of innovative methods based on the achievements of modern science and technology in personnel work in order to ensure sustainable development of enterprises and their competitiveness.
