Abstract
In accordance with article 5.57 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, violation of the right to education and the rights and freedoms of students of educational institutions provided for by the legislation on education entail administrative responsibility.
 At the same time, the legislator did not give an exhaustive list of cases, the occurrence of which is qualified as an offense on the part of an educational organization or its officials. The author of the article, having studied the normative legal acts, having analyzed the judicial practice, describes possible cases of violation of the right to education in order to prevent such situations in educational organizations.
