Abstract

As global crisis diversify and the demand for the government increases, the government’s financial burden is also increasing. As the government’s burden and employee’ workload increase, the contracting out of public services also increases. The contracting out between public and private organizations become smooth in the case that the level of trust and collaboration among the central government, local government, private companies, and civil society organizations. This study attempt to empirically analyze the trust in government and the perception of contracting out to private organizations based on 2019 survey data on public officials and public perception survey on public administration.
