Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of conflict prevention in the youth environment, which is one of the most relevant in the context of modern socio-cultural conditions. The article reveals the role of the organizer of work with youth in organizing the prevention of various conflicts in the youth environment, discusses some methods, techniques and techniques for preventing conflicts, as well as techniques for getting out of conflict situations.
