Abstract
Estimation of the time characteristics of the process of finishing a complex product is considered: the average time for an operation and the average time for reconfiguring according to the characteristics of their elements. For this, the work uses the mathematical apparatus of the theory of reliability. It is shown that the results obtained, based on the use of distribution functions, tend in the limit to the results of semi-Markov models using average values.
