Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of relevant and important processes in the organization’s personnel management system. Various methods of labor potential research are described. The effectiveness of these methods in the conditions of the functioning of the organization is shown. The approaches used in the process of evaluating labor collectives are considered. The classification of the structure of the professional qualification type of the labor collective is presented. The criteria for the effectiveness of labor potential are determined, depending on the nature of the activity and the operating conditions of the organization.
