Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a program model that can improve university students' career development abilities through job creation education based on career anchors. Method: To achieve the purpose of this study, literature research and case analysis were conducted, and based on this, the core values ​​and core processes of the model were derived. Results: The derived core values ​​are, first, 'predicting changes in the future world of work', second, 'understanding 'me' through career anchors', third, 'creation of new jobs', and fourth, 'developing capabilities required by future jobs', fifth, ‘Strengthening university students’ career development capabilities’. In the first model derived through literature research, some core values ​​and core activity processes were modified through FGI, and the validity of the revised model was confirmed through member review and CVI. Conclusion: Through this model, we expect college students to create their own jobs that suit them based on their self-understanding.
