Abstract
Seoul city has been "Pedestrian Priority Street(PPS)" in 2012 while establishing the relevant provisions, convenience and safety of pedestrians "PPS" Considering the business endeavors. On the other hand, an underground walk road about the discussion of the specific makes it hard for legal underground walk road of the manual and design and establishment of this study and therefore is unprecedented.
