The types of organizational culture of a university lecturer are diagnosed using the OCAI methodology, which can provide an assessment of the current characteristics of this culture and potential actions to be taken. Described in the research 4 types of organizational culture among university lecturers are clan, bureaucratic, market and adhocracy. To determine the types of organizational culture in the institutes of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, we conduct an empirical study using a developed survey that contained questions and statements corresponding to the types of organizational culture of the lecturer. The obtained current state of the types of organizational culture of lecturers has revealed problem areas, the elimination of which is necessary for the effective design of the culture development model. The conducted empirical research revealed the relationship between the types of organizational culture of lecturers and corporate social responsibility, which implies the existence of an ethical quality policy regulating the activities of the university community. The model developed in the course of the research showed that the types of organizational culture predict the variable formation of corporate social responsibility.
