Abstract
The article discusses innovations in the legal regulation of export customs duties established by the Government of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the legal nature of the introduced rates of export customs duties, the amount of which depends on the exchange rate of the national currency, formulates proposals for amending the legislation regulating customs relations in the Russian Federation in order to protect the rights of persons exporting goods for personal use, as well as preserving state resources organs.
