Abstract

The article discusses the problems of teacher in pedagogical reflection. Currently, the formation of pedagogical reflection is considered one of the important directions for improving the quality of the pedagogical process of teachers professional activities in the education system. Since development and education are internal processes, they cannot be controlled by external forces. In order to direct them in a certain direction and help the child understand what he is being taught, the teacher must first of all be able to imagine and understand these processes, analyze them, correct and organize them. Reflection in pedagogical activity is the most important condition for the development of a teacher’s creative abilities, as well as an introspective method of self-government and knowledge of others. This ability is a characteristic and very necessary quality for school teachers and students who choose a pedagogical university.
