Abstract

The indicators of the activity of business structures in Ukraine for 2010-2020 were studied, namely: the dynamics of the number of active economic entities, the volume of products sold and the number of employed workers; the dynamics of the number of operating business structures by size and types of economic activity; the dynamics of the number of employed employees of entrepreneurial structures by size and types of economic activity; dynamics of the volume of products (goods, services) sold by business entities by type of economic activity. The main trends in the development of business structures are formulated: increasing the role of small and medium-sized business entities in the formation of the economy of Ukraine; provision of the majority of jobs by small and medium-sized enterprises; growth in the number of business entities operating in the field of information and telecommunications. The activity of small and medium-sized enterprises during the martial law was studied. The main problems of the development of business structures because of the full-scale war in Ukraine have been identified.
