Abstract

The article deals with the problems of assessing the competencies of civil servants in the process of conducting competitive procedures by independent experts. This study is necessary to determine the suitability of civil servants, attract qualified specialists to work from among applicants and graduates of universities, staff rotation, etc. The solution of these problems determines the search for evaluation tools and methods for assessing the competencies of employees. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to substantiate the methods of assessing the competencies of civil servants and to improve the work of independent experts in this field.
