Abstract

China has become a modern industrial workshop of the world for the production of products for many countries. The growth in the production of goods for both domestic consumption and export exacerbates the problem of carbon emissions. The article is devoted to the mechanisms of implementation of the course on the neutralization of hydrocarbon emissions in the People’s Republic of China.
