ПРОБЛЕМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ІДЕНТИЧНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ОФІЦЕРІВ

Abstract

Introduction. The military experience of the advanced armies of the world shows that the laws of armed struggle at the present stage of development of military affairs, as always in the history of wars and military conflicts, primarily depend on the progress and results of combat training, on the combat capability and the number of troops, the level of training of commanders etc. Underestimation of any of these factors can lead to defeat in a modern war. At the same time, the key role and importance here belongs to the Ukrainian officer, whose high level of motivation is formed, largely due to the professional identity of the officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Purpose. The purpose of the paper is to critically understand the main socio-psychological features of the professional identification of the officers and the basis of the application of interdisciplinary approaches to assess some quantitative and qualitative factors characterizing the formation and state of identification and self-identification of future-educated cadets of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Methods. In the framework of the modern paradigm of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research, an attempt has been made on basis of practical implementation of a complex of effective methodological approaches and practical procedures of military sociological and socio-psychological research to obtain definite assessments of the status of professional identity of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Results. The results of the theoretical generalizations and practical calculations given in the article indicate that the future officers formed a rather high level of readiness for further military service in the armed forces of Ukraine and a real readiness for this service. In our opinion, these results can also be considered an indicator of the fact that cadets of higher military educational institutions have already formed the proper level of professional identity that should be inherent in the officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Originality The conducted research has proved a sufficiently high theoretical and practical level of the approaches considered in the article, contains elements of novelty both from the point of view of the toolkit offered in the work, both from the point of view of actualization of the modern paradigm of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research in relation to the new scope for their application to domestic military psychologists, sociologists and scholars. Conclusion. Perspective directions of further scientific and practical research on this issue are the improvement of the proposed theoretical and methodological work, the involvement of the gender aspect in the subject and object of future research, the organization on a regular basis of monitoring studies on the processes of formation and development of the identity and identity of the officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other categories of Ukrainian servicemen, implementation and adaptation taking into account the specifics of our country's advanced approaches of scientific and practical direction used in the armies of the leading countries, first of all NATO member states.
