Abstract

The article considersthe organization and research of a single information and educational space through the introduction of modern information, communication,and digital technologies. Problems of professional training of students of pedagogical specialties, who can effectively use the resources of information, communication,and digital technologies to solve professional problems of informatization and digitization of the education system. The authors studied foreign and Kazakhstaniscientific works on "Informatization of education" in recent years andstudied the development of new technologies. Conclusions were made on the basis of scientific works. With thediversity of information sources and educational technologies for the transformation of information into knowledge, it is proved that there is only one way to turn the sources of knowledge into knowledgeandthis transformation takes place in the human mind. The importance of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" can be the basis for a new modern model of mastering information technology used in education. Digitization of education marks a new stage in the definition of the fundamentals of education, the accumulation and transfer of knowledge. The formation of the competence of cyber educators in higher education plays an important role in cyber socialization. The article focused on this issue and conducted a survey among teachers. The questionnaire asked questions related to the use of ICT tools and the formation of the competence of cyber educators. There were made conclusionsbased on the results of the survey.
