Abstract
In the digital economy, cross-border trade has become an integral part of global economic development. At the same time, it is a complex and dynamic process that requires a professional approach and special knowledge. Cross-border trade includes all types of commercial transactions carried out between countries. The basis of such trade is the exchange of goods, services and investments between countries. However, in the digital age, e-commerce or e-commerce is becoming more relevant and developing. To date, or rather, after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the number of purchases on Russian Internet platforms has increased. This article will analyze international trade, as well as the legal regulations governing this area.
