Abstract
In this study, to verify the hypothesis of the effect of the quality of entrepreneurship education service and the government’s entrepreneurship support policy on the entrepreneurship performance, each variable was derived based on theoretical consideration and previous studies. For the empirical analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of variables were performed. The reliability analysis results show that the reliability level between items is established because the value is more than 0.7. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the entrepreneurship education service quality (empathy, diffusivity, reliability) and government start-up support policy (fund support, start-up consult- ing) on the entrepreneurship will and start-up efficacy to the pre-founders, and to analyze whether the entrepreneurship will and start-up efficacy play a mediating role between the entrepreneurship perform- ance (financial performance, non-financial performance). For this purpose, a survey was conducted with a total of 303 vocational schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, and the final 217 questionnaires were used except for errors. At this time, 8 hypotheses were set and 5-point Likert scale was performed for each factor. The validity analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 to verify the hypothesis through structural equations. According to the analysis, the quality of entrepreneurship education service, the willingness of the pre-founder and the entrepreneurial efficacy had a positive effect, and the confidence and reliability had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance, and the government’s support policy had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance. The entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial efficacy are the parameters of the entrepreneurship education service quality and the government support policy. The role of entrepreneurial performance has an effect on non-financial performance rather than financial performance. The results of this study confirm that the prospective founders can increase their willingness and entrepreneurial efficacy according to the quality of entrepreneurship education services provided by professional organizations. In the current government-funded and consulting support, it is very effective to pay the operating funds required for marketing and market development of products required for en- trepreneurship instead of giving direct funds to the preliminary founders. Therefore, it is expected that the results of the start-up of the pre-founder will be different depending on how densely and customized the quality of the start-up service education is provided. The government and educational institutions need to establish effective educational service quality and support policies.
