Abstract

This study started from the recognition that the necessity of revision is discussed every year because the public design administrative rules enacted after the enforcement of the Public Design Act are arbitrary regulations. The purpose of this study is to quantitatively compare and review the application status of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism notification, which is a public design administrative rules, with previous studies, and to find out the direction of revision by deriving the restriction factors of application. For the public design administrative rules and application status were used on the website of the relevant institution, and the necessity of revision and constraints of applying standards were derived through user group interviews. As a result, the revision of the service cost calculation standard, the establishment of the standard amount of the compensation target business, and the strengthening of the standard of the public design professional manpower were suggested as the revision direction.
