Abstract

The article discusses an expert system allows for the calculation of heat transfer through enclosing structures, taking into account parameters such as the thermal conductivity of materials, the thickness and surface area of the structure, indoor and outdoor temperatures, and other factors that influence heat exchange. To operate, the system uses a knowledge base that contains information about material properties, thermal exchange laws, principles of thermal insulation calculation, and other relevant thermal engineering factors. The system may also employ inference rules that allow for logical deductions to be made based on the knowledge contained in the base.
