The focus is on developing performance management indicators for the education innovation support project in cyber university. To achieve this, the study analyzes literature related to performance management indicators for university financial support projects. Drawing on the CIPP model, the study derives a draft of performance indicators based on the analysis of literature on university performance analysis models. The performance indicators are categorized into “Development-Application-Diffusion of Education Innovation Models” to manage the annual project progress. Following reviews by cyber university stakeholders and four experts, the initially proposed six areas were partially integrated, resulting in a final restructuring into five areas with 11 indicators and 23 detailed indicators. This research will serve as a foundation for the implementation of annual consulting and stage evaluation in education innovation support innovation projects.
