Early childhood teachers' passion for teaching was found to have a significant positive influence on grit and teaching efficacy, and grit was found to have a significant positive influ-ence on teaching efficacy. Second, teacher grit was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship be-tween teaching passion and teaching efficacy.
