Abstract

The article examines the role of the curator from the position of a teacher and mentor, since mentoring is an integral part of educational institutions. A curator is necessary at all stages of training, he solves not only the everyday problems of students, but also the tasks of becoming a student's personality as a future specialist. The need to expand educational work with the younger generation significantly increases the range of responsibilities of the curator. The paper presents the results of a survey of students of three higher educational institutions of the city of Barnaul, as well as the main aspects of interviewing mentors.
