Abstract

The article considers factors, affecting the efficiency of rice production in the agrarian sector of the economy. The modern tendencies of the rice market development and products of its processing are analyzed. It is asserted, that the efficiency of rice production in agricultural enterprises, is the result of the interaction of organizational-production, natural-limatic and social-economic factors, emphasizes the special role of introducing resource-saving and innovative technologies in rice growing. The need for the development of technologies is grounded, allowing rational use of the natural resource potential of a particular territory and a system of indicators, with the help of which the level and productivity of production is determined.
