Влияние инбредных браков на заболеваемость детей

Abstract

Инбредные браки традиционно популярны среди населения Азербайджанa, в их распространении большую роль играют различные религиозные, национальные традиции, обряды и предрассудки. Рождение детей с различными врожденными пороками из года в год не только не уменьшается, но в некоторых случаях даже имеет тенденцию к росту. При наличии патологического рецессивного аллеля в роду у супружеской пары с кровным родством риск рождения больного ребенка составляет 25%. Поэтому проблема, касающаяся инбредных браков, требует более глубокого изучения совместно с врачами разных специальностей. В данной работе мы изучили распространенность инбредных браков и оценили возможность их влияния на формирование здоровья детей, родившихся от этих браков. Inbred marriages are traditionally popular among the population of Azerbaijan, in the spread of which various religious, national traditions, rites and prejudices play an important role. The birth of children with various congenital malformations from year to year not only does not decrease, but in some cases even tends to increase. In the presence of a pathological recessive gene in the family of a married couple with consanguinity, the risk of having a sick child is 25%. Therefore, the problem of inbred marriages requires a more in-depth study together with doctors of various specialties. In this paper, we studied the prevalence of inbred marriages and assessed the possibility of their influence on the formation of the health of children born from these marriages.
