Abstract

In the process of digital transformation of universities, special attention should be paid to approaches and tools of digital transformation, which are able to optimally implement the tasks solved by the university. The article reveals and substantiates the essence of the platform approach to the digital transformation of the university. Reasonable approaches to digital transformation make it possible to implement a strategy that synchronizes the development of the university as an educational and research environment, and its technological component. The platform approach consists in the formation of digital platforms in subject areas with specific tasks. The article proposes the levels of management of the digital transformation of the university: strategic (digital platforms), tactical (digital competence centers) and operational (project working groups), and for each level the tasks within the framework of digital transformation are disclosed.
