Abstract
Nowadays the hotel development is growing dynamically, the actual indicators of the industry are increasing like for like, the planned indicators are being formed on the horizon 2030 and then. Dozens of large resort projects and hundreds of projects of suburban park hotels in various concepts and classes are being implemented. The most dynamic segment is recreational hotels offering tourists accommodation and vacation programs. Competition for the Russian tourist flow has formed, and this trend will intensify. The article shows methods of achieving the target efficiency of recreational hotels at the conceptual level — a key task for the planned development of a tourist product and meeting the needs of tourists.
