Abstract

This research has been inspired by the hypothesis that the intelligent agency will be more effective and important during the security threats. This research tries to answer the main question which is related to how the states are able to invest their intelligent institute at the service of their foreign policy, as well as some other replies to some minor questions. This research is divided into three main sections; section one is dedicated to introduce foreign policy and intelligence as well as identifying the main objectives. The second section of the research shows the functions of intelligence in the States Foreign Policy. The third section is about the relationship between intelligent institution and foreign policy decision makers.
