Abstract

The article provides an overview of modern methods of analysis of antibacterial drugs in food products. The pros and cons of specific methods, as well as the methods used to control antibiotics in food products on the territory of the Russian Federation, are examined. Screening methods of analysis are suitable as methods for monitoring a large number of samples of food products, but confirmatory methods are needed for a more accurate study. Features of these techniques are also considered in the article.
