Abstract

The article examines the strategy of the enterprise, the need for an effective strategy and strategic analysis for the development of the organization, defines the main objectives of the strategy. The need for a well-developed strategy is reflected, which is so that the company can successfully compete in the market, achieve its goals and ensure stability and growth, the strategy helps to determine priorities, allocate resources and make informed decisions. The analysis of the strategy of the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation, as well as its main directions, which include improving the efficiency and safety of production, the development of liquefied natural gas production, the development of the petrochemical industry, environmental sustainability and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, as well as the development of infrastructure and logistics. The directions of Russia's Energy Strategy, the main trends and forecast estimates of socio-economic development for the period up to 2030 and its priority goals with key aspects are studied. A brief description of NOVATEK is given, an illustration of the organization's goals tree is presented, from which its mission and the strategic directions resulting from it are visible. The main components of the development strategy of NOVATEK Public Joint Stock Company have been identified, as well as its main strategic goals, which include the development of natural gas production and export, increased production of liquefied natural gas and the development of renewable energy projects. The company is also committed to reducing its environmental impact and improving the efficiency of its operations. Strategic decisions underlying the strategy of the enterprises were formed.
